The terracotta Dupion Slub Anarkali pairs a deep plum brocade-panelled yoke with a dramatically flared skirt. The square neckline is trimmed with a gold zari woven border, while the structured bodice features a diagonal cross-wrap panel of gold brocade bands — chevron herringbone weave with a floral vine zari border — over a terracotta inner chest panel with three small plum button closures. The 3/4 plum sleeves carry small silver foil buti prints and are finished with a wide gold zari woven cuff border, with a matching gold zari band at the empire waist seam and a plum drawstring tassel tie at the back. The wide terracotta skirt flows into a Kalamkari-style printed hem panel of dancing figures, elephants, lotus flowers, and peacocks in black, teal-green, gold, and white, anchored by a deep plum floral scroll printed border at the base.
